Scott Thomas, founder and owner of Harbor Financial Mortgage, offers over 25 years of mortgage lending experience with more than $800 million in closed loans. A former Army Intelligence Cryptologist from northeast Ohio, Scott is dedicated to helping clients secure the best possible mortgage rates and terms. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring history and hunting for arrowheads, and is a proud father of two.
Kyle Ritter is a Fredericksburg native and graduate of Texas State University who specializes in residential, land, and ranch properties throughout the Hill Country. As a licensed Realtor with Legacy Broker Group, Kyle is known for his honest, hands-on approach and deep local knowledge. He’s passionate about helping clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence.
