We host most of our classes across the greater Texas Hill Country — San Antonio, New Braunfels, Spring Branch, Canyon Lake, San Marcos, Kyle (just outside of Austin), and surrounding areas at a builders live job site or classroom type setting. Online webinars are accessible from anywhere.
Most of our partner builders work the San Antonio market north to Fredericksburg, up through Austin, and along the I-35 corridor. We're continuing to add Hill Country and Central Texas builders as the network grows.
Pricing per square foot varies by builder, location, and the scope of your project. We use a menu-pricing approach so you can compare options across builders and make the most informed decision for your family. We'll never push you toward a specific builder — the right fit depends on your goals, your budget, and your timeline.
