How long does it take?
Plan on about two hours, 9:00 to 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 17.

Every guest at the grand opening receives a certificate for $25,000 off a land-and-home package.*
Is the cottage for sale?
Yes. The finished craftsman cottage you'll tour is for sale and move-in ready. There are only a few homesites for custom builds.
Anything else going on that morning?
Blanco Market Day runs on the courthouse square all day, so you can make a morning of it after the tour wraps at 11.
